Box Office/ Reception Opening Hours

The South Holland Centre Box Office is open from 9.30am to 8.30pm Monday to Saturday.  It also opens on some Sundays, depending on events.  For further information, please contact us.

Tickets

Tickets for both live events and cinema can be bought in advance in person, by post or over the phone using a credit or debit card. Cash, cheques (made payable to South Holland District Council) and most credit and debit cards are accepted in payment.

You can now also book and buy tickets ONLINE at any time of day through this website. Just go to Cinema or Live Events and click the "buy" button next to the event and showing of your choice. Some ticket deals are not available online, such as family tickets or groups, but they are available direct from the Centre's box office on 01775 764777.

Tickets for live events can be reserved in advance and will be held for up to five days or half an hour before the performance, whichever is earlier. We reserve the right to sell any uncollected tickets. 


Booking Fees

There is a charge of £1.50 for booking tickets online. This will be included in the total amount due before you confirm your booking. You can book up to 9 tickets at a time within this fee. Thank you

Groups

For many live professional shows, parties of ten or more people can obtain a 10% discount. Please call the box office to enquire and book.

Concessions

Where offered, concessions are available for the following people: over 60s, children 16 years and under, full time students and those in receipt of benefits (and if incapacity benefit, their carers when accompanying)

Refunds

A full refund will be given on tickets returned at least 28 days before the event. If you return your tickets within 28 days of the event, refunds will only be possible when the tickets can be resold.

Children

Children are very welcome at the South Holland Centre. Films, shows and workshops for children are a regular part of our programme. The Cafe Bar offers high chairs and a special children's menu. Baby changing facilities are also available.

Please note that children aged 10 years or under must be accompanied in the auditorium by an adult aged 16 or above. 

Access

A passenger lift provides access to all floors of the Centre and there is wheelchair access to all public areas. The auditorium has six bookable spaces for wheelchair users. Disabled toilets are provided.

The auditorium is fitted with an induction loop to assist patrons with hearing aids.  Please note that this facility is not available for live music events.

Disabled parking spaces are available at the Broad Street/ Herring Lane car park close to the Centre.
