Function Hall (includes use of the Lounge Bar)
- Function Hall - standard rate per hour: £50
- Function Hall - rate per hour for South Holland based voluntary/ community groups, clubs and societies OR events directly raising money for registered charities: £40
- Function Hall - Wedding Day special (access from 9.00am to 1.00am the following day): £560
- Function Hall - special hourly rate for use on Sundays: £50
- Function Hall - late night hourly rate (from midnight): £60
(Lower rates apply for set-up times)
Auditorium Hire (includes up to four dressing rooms)
Packages:
Community Hire Production-week
- Up to 50 hours access over 7 consecutive days
- Use of basic lighting rig (does not include follow-spots or moving lights)
- One day's technical support to set-up lighting to a supplied design for one production (rigging, plotting & focussing), plus technical supervisor on-site during get-in, rehearsals / performances and get-out.
- Does not include technical operators, lighting design, sourcing or production of sound effects or lighting effects
Community Production-week package: £1,550.00
Single Day Conference, Film or Performance Package
- Up to 7 hours access, generally 9.00am to 4.00pm or 4.00pm to 11.00pm, including a maximum of one performance or event
- Technical support and operation of basic sound/ film projection/ lighting operated from the box (e.g. audio playback, simple conference PA, standard lighting colour washes or film projection)
- Does not include live sound mixing from the auditorium, follow-spots or moving lights
Commercial rate: £450.000
Community rate: £315.00
Additional Auditorium Hours (includes technical supervision)
- Auditorium - Standard rate: £68 per hour
- Auditorium - Community rate (South Holland based voluntary/ community groups or events directly raising money for registered charities): £48 per hour
- Auditorium - standard set-up/ rehearsal rate: £34 per hour
- Auditorium - community set-up[/ rehearsal rate: £24 per hour
- Sunday standard rate (all hours) £68.00
- Sunday community rate (all hours): £50.00
- After 11.00pm (all hirers): £68.00
Meeting Rooms & Lounge Bar
- Meeting Room One: £8.80 per hour
- Meeting Room Two: £11.50 per hour
- Both rooms combined : £18.80 per hour
- Lounge Bar (as separate hire): £18.80 per hour
Technical Equipment and Catering
A range of catering options and technical equipment and support can be offered as part of hires. Charges vary depending on requirements.
