Technical Support and Services

All fees include VAT

The Auditorium is equipped with a modern theatre sound and light system.  Use of this standard technical equipment and technical supervision is included in the auditorium hire fee.

If hirers require additional technical support or staff to help run their event, show or function, the Centre's technical team can help.  The following charges apply:

Live Sound Single Day Package

- Operator and equipment to set up and run live sound from the Auditorium or Function Hall
- System spec available on request
- Up to 7 hours support (rehearsals/ performance/ event)

Commercial rate: £215.00
Community rate: £150.00

Live Sound Design and Operator for Production week

- Design, rig and operation of live sound from the auditorium including up to 8 radio mics

Rate: £950.00

Follow-spot/ moving lights

- Follow-spot operator per performance (or full rehearsal) - £75.00
- Follow-spot operator for production week - £365.00
- Plotting, rigging and use of moving lights/ mirror units per production - £300.00

Lighting Design Service

- Visit to full local rehearsal, planning and production of a full show lighting design - £300.00

Lighting Operator

- Lighting board operator for production week - £390.00

Additional technician hours

- Commercial hirers: £18.00 per hour
- Community hirers: £13.50 per hour
