Find out when bookings will be suspended to install our new ticketing system...
As the South Holland Centre 2018 Autumn season launches we want to give readers advance notice of a changeover to our Box Office service which is happening towards the end of September.
Whilst we will always welcome customers visiting us at the Centre to buy tickets and ask for information and advice, busy lives mean that more and more people prefer to browse the programme and book their seats online. With the new system, which will go live on 26 September, the online booking process is being significantly upgraded with services such as: individual account set-up; options to pick payment card memory; print tickets at home; and the ability to select the exact seats you wish to purchase for films or live shows from an online plan. At the same time we are removing all online booking fees making buying tickets for your favourite local arts and entertainment events the same, whichever sales channel you choose.
In order for this technical switchover to take place we will be closing all Box Office services for two days on Monday 24 and Tuesday 25 September, including online sales. However the building and café will remain open as normal during this time.
So please plan ahead if you want tickets for shows in late September particularly, and buy before midnight on Sunday 23 September. We apologise for any inconvenience during that week but we will be up and running, raring to go for ACT II’s production of Hairspray starting on Wednesday 26 September - and on Friday 28 September, another brilliant evening from Funhouse Comedy in our top floor Function Hall with a new range of food and drink offers available at the bar.
There are lots of fantastic events to look forward to this Autumn which can be viewed by browsing through our Live Guide or by clicking the What's On tab above. We look forward to hearing about your experiences of our new booking system, and as ever, your experiences at our events.
