Act II Theatre Company are heading to Bikini Bottom in this joyous musical about the little sponge that could!

When the citizens of Bikini Bottom discover that a nearby volcano will soon erupt and destroy their humble home, SpongeBob and his friends must come together to save the fate of their undersea world. With lives hanging in the balance and all hope lost, can SpongeBob use his eternal optimism to save them before it’s too late?

 

15. Nature of Production. It must be made clear on all advertising for Licensee’s production of the Property that audiences will be witnessing stage performances by amateurs. 
 16. Concord Theatricals Credit. All programmes, web pages, publicity, and advertising in connection with performances of the Property, in all media (including print and electronic), shall carry a programme note as follows (unless an additional or different notice is specified in writing by Concord Theatricals) in not less than 10-point type: This amateur production of THE SPONGEBOB MUSICAL is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals. www.concordtheatricals.co.uk 
 17. Author(s) Credit. The Author(s)’s name (including, as applicable, composer(s), lyricist(s) and/or translator/adaptor’s name) will appear in all instances in which the title of the Property appears, including all programs, web pages, house boards, and publicity and advertising in all media (including all print and electronic media) within the control of Licensee. Except as otherwise specified below, the name of the Author(s) will appear on a separate line on which no other name appears as set forth below immediately following the title of the Property and will appear in size of type not less than fifty percent (50%) of the size of the title type, as follows:

Bookwriter Credit: Bookwriter shall receive billing in all advertising and publicity relating to the Play whenever any other person, firm or corporation is accorded credit (other than Nickelodeon’s above-the-title credit) and/or the name of the producer and/or the name of the theater in which the Play is being presented, appears, along with the title of the Play) in a size no less than 50% of the non-artwork title of the Play (or 33% of the logo artwork of the Play, if applicable), and only the producer of the Play, the name of the theater, and/or stars billed above the title (if any) shall be entitled to receive credit in a size larger than the credit accorded Bookwriter. Bookwriter’s credit shall appear on a line of its own pursuant to the placement set forth above. Bookwriter shall be credited in all ads of 1/4 page or larger and wherever and whenever any other person (other than stars above the title) is billed in ads, including banner ads or similar “click through” electronic ads. 
Music and Lyrics Credits (Lines 5-15): The Artists shall receive billing in all advertising and publicity relating to the Play as set forth above. The Artists’ names may be used by producers of the Play in any and all media for purposes of publicizing, promoting and/or marketing the Play, including, without limitation, programs, press releases, advertising and other promotional materials, provided, however, that if the name of one Artist appears in such materials, the names of all the Artists must appear in such materials. 
Nickelodeon Credit (Line 1): Nickelodeon will be credited above the title whenever and wherever the title of the Play is billed. The Nickelodeon credit shall appear as the Nickelodeon logo in the official artwork for the Play (e.g., the official Logo, use of which is required by licensees). When the credits for the Play appear in other than in artwork format, the Nickelodeon credit will appear in plain font on the top left of the title of the Play. For the avoidance of doubt, licensees are not permitted to use the Nickelodeon logo other than as it appears in the official Logo for the Play.
