All you need to know about purchasing tickets
Online
You can buy your tickets securely online by selecting an event from the What's On area of this site. You can purchase up to 30 tickets in a single transaction online. There are no booking fees for booking online or at the Box Office.
In person
In person from the South Holland Centre Box Office, Market Place, Spalding, PE11 1SS during opening times. Payment can be made by cash, cheque (payable to South Holland District Council), or most credit and debit cards.

Ticket concessions
We offer concessionary prices for shows and films whenever we can. Where offered this will usually include a discount for over 60s, children and young people under 26, people with disabilities and their companion. And have you noticed that all daytime films are at our lowest concessionary price for everyone?
Refunds
For events taking place at the South Holland Centre, a full refund (excluding online booking fee if applied) will be given on tickets returned at least 28 days before the event. Within 28 days, refunds are only possible if the event is sold out and your tickets can be resold.
Reservations
Reservations will be held for 3 days or half an hour before the start of a performance or screening, whichever is the earlier, after which time they will be released for sale. In some cases, for example when an event is almost sold out, reservations may not be available and full payment will be requested to secure the booking.
